Fee Schedule
At Leverage Health we strive to maintain service pricing on par with other health care clinics and as recommended by our Practitioner’s Associations. We do offer student (17 or under) and senior (65 or older) rates. We accept many extended health benefits, cash, major credit cards and debit. We direct bill MOST benefit companies, however some plans do not allow direct billing (such as Federal Sunlife Plans), it's best to check with your benefit plan before booking an appointment. Motor Vehicle accident and WCB service prices are regulated by the province and differ from the prices listed below.
